The movie “El deseo de Dios” is shown in première on November 4th, 2023 at LIFFY (Latino and Iberian Film Festival at Yale), New Haven, Connecticut, USA. It competes in the category of feature documentary films. This festival, founded in the 90's' by Margherita Tortora, Senior Lector in Spanish and Portuguese at the University of Yale, promotes the knowledge of the culture of the peoples of these regions. Each year, it proposes feature and shorts, documentary and fiction films. “El deseo de Dios” is a feature documentary film directed by Hélène Boistard and Jean-David Delépine which makes the portrait of a group that practices a form of religious dance in the half-North of Chile.
